not sure what this is, spam, or just asking opinion if good value. since there is a business and contact info, i'm guessing spam.

accomodations are fine, a necessary expense at good place, about 1500 baht for 2 nights. the rest, 3300 baht for ride to nong khai and ban chiang, well, that's pushing it, if anything, just paying for the convenience. don't understand with only 2 days, spending one going to nong khai. see temples, have that in udon, the one scupture park, interesting, but not to waste a whole day. the river is ok, but nothing special. shopping sucks in nong khai. better to spend the 2 days in udon and ban chiang, relax, that 3300 baht is nice budget for 2 days in udon.

think i need to get a work permit, do tours. nah, that almost sounds like work.

if asking opinion if it's worth it, only for convenience. bus to nong khai, drops off near temples/town/river/rest all for 20-30 baht, tuk tuk to scupture park, all of 100 baht r/t. lunch, decent place 500 baht.

7 baht for bus to orchid place, 7 for return to downtown. ban chaing, i would rent a motorbike, it's less than an hour, give yourself an adventure, 200 baht. the rest, eat drink and be merry.

Thats funny LA, my thoughts exactly but didn't post because the accomodation provided was that of a sponsor. Yes I;m sure a far more interesting 2 days could be spent at a far cheaper price in Udon.Then again, you and I aren't sitting on a 24million property we wish to sell
