A little bit on The Bloody ( Rare ) Side for my taste,I like my Steak BURNT to a Crisp......

I would caution all readers that the OP list doesn't make any sense unless you go to the website listed. I saw the words "salad" and "breakfast" and thought "WTF, that doesn't make sense"! but now it does,,,,,, #-o

I'm sure the same could be said of any country, they all have foods that are bad for one's health, especially if you over indulge. And as several posters have stated, the same could be said about exporting a national food to another country, it often has no resemblance to the original. It can sometimes be a real challenge to find authentic meals, but the fact that the states has so many immigrants helps.

While still in living in the US I tried one these bad boys, but it was just too much burger for my liking. But I did get hooked on the single patty guacamole burger =P~
