Could always do it Thai style if you not got the oven....A very Large Tin, Put the Turkey on a good stick(Skewer) and place stick firmly into ground, place tin over the top of Bird, light fire around the outside of tin...roast for how long it says on the packaging(But may need to add or minus timings)....and always read the label ... and always check the turkey is cooked through by using a food thermometer...or placing your index finger up its butt hole to check.......carve and serve whilst wearing a coloured paper hat. ;)

Excellent afternoon and late lunch at Eddies.

Moist turkey, tasty pork, veggies, apple sauce, gravy - all filling a plate the lucky punters could not jump over - a huge feed.

Starter was cream of mushroom soup, then after the main was a small Xmas pudding with custard, followed up by fruit mince pies.

All in all, great value. A full house, with latecomers wishing they had booked, as unfortunately some missed out.
