Thats about a 20 bvaht savings from another distributor!Have you seen any large flour tortilla for giant burritos?

Interesting that corn tortillas are in Udon markets. Perhaps some of the readily available local wrappers (wonton wrappers, etc) could turn out to be an acceptable wrap for burritos.

I've not seen the corn tortillas at Makro for quite some time now. They have moved the display case up near the fresh produce section and have plenty of roti, pizza dough, and other bread type items, but no tortillas, neither corn nor flour.

Can only hope they restock one of the days or can find them at some other market. I have only one package left from several that I bought when they were in stock. Man, I really hate it when I get down to the "last one" of something when knowing that it can't be easily replaced. Reckon I'll wait until I know I'm making a run to Bangkok before breaking out the remaining package of corn tortillas.

By the way, I have used the roti bread for making a burrito of sorts and it was okay, but certainly not as good as using flour tortillas.

El Charro corn tortillas are available again in the frozen foods section at Makro. They are in the case with the frozen roti and frozen spring rolls, near the fresh vegetable and fish section.
