A very nice little hotel right on the riverside of the Mae Nam Kong ist the Baan Mae Rim in Nong khai.
It is the same house where Rolf an Kan had their shop before; they closed last year.
The hotel is easy to find at the east side of the Tha Sadet Market.
A room is 700 or 800 Baht and it is worth it.
