I agree with you I would not invest in a bar any were let alone Udon thani your doomed in my opinion to lose your investment

the crazy thing about the bars that have opened for falangs is that from what i have read on this site is nobody knows how many of us live in udon. then you have the fact that many of us live a round the ringroad area so getting into town at night is not easy .price of a small beer 50 baht, ina german bar /restaraunt in center roi et i paid 55 baht for a large beer. in udon at the end of the night the uk owner of this air con bar opened the doors wide and stood in the cold air as it poured into the street, that was his nights profit. he was soon back in the u.k. even in the u.k. there are people whothink renting a bar will make them rich, they usually end up leaving the trade quickly.

AAre there any Bars in Noom Sung that are frequented by Farangs

Well popped out last night with an old friend from England, some bars seem to have clients which by their demeanour are usual customers, but very few farangs per bar, i would think of all the bars we saw , appox 1.5 farangs per bar.
Those bars I saw shut for a day or for refurbishment or just shut that I was aware of , were Orange bar, Bla bar, three bars in Day and Night

others not seen cannot comment.

The new bars in Nuitty Park are starting to be finished building wise, now we wait with bated breath for the owners to put in their bits and pieces.
of Aussie bar ( Justin ) moving there is nothing.

So the business logic in D&N is not to open during some days as not enough customers to cover the basics.Also for them to think there will be an influx of naive farang during the high season with stacks of readies to invest.
Hope to go to all the opening parties.What has happened to all the updates on the D&N website,macadder has gone awol and no new photos.
Am sure justin will improve the customer base of Nutty Park and as per norm throw a few parties along the way.
