Big Bike Show at Nong Prajak Park

PostAuthor: UdonExpat » February 5, 2009, 9:54 am

Word has it that there will be a big bike rally and show at Nong Prajak Park this Friday and Saturday, the 6th and 7th of February.

I think the rally is on Friday. Supposedly there will be dealers of NEW big bikes, legal in Thailand, etc. They should be there both days.

It's Udon Bike week, not much going on Friday Ride starting Saturday 0830. Party in the evening. Across the street from Nam Prajak. Haven't heard any thing about dealers being there but that is not unusual Harley will be for sure.

They are betting 5K participants this year.

There is a concert at Thung Sri Muang on the 7th, with motorbike showings. The 20UP Club will be there with their Finos, I was asked by join them. Not sure it the will put a damper on the bike show in Nong Prajak not. The one in Thung Sri Muang is being advertised with the trunks driving by with speak blaring also.

Guess you missed my post about Udon Bike Week. Heck drive your car who cares. Come and have fun, See you Saturday evening.

Seriuosly guys these things are a lo of fun, there will be people there from all over Thailand Farrang and Thai alike. You don't even have to have a bike to buy a ticket and join the party. In six years I have never seen a fight at one these funtions. For the most part the bikes you see there are not cheap, So you have a lot Thai's that own busineses and work for living. Most of the farrangs are long past bar room brawls.

As long as you treat people with respect that is exactly how you will be treated.

http://www.bikemodel.com/product-en-300 ... 2009.html#

The web site shows a ride from Nam Prajak Leaving at 0830 Saturday and the party across the street from the park. That it where it was last time. I will confirm it today and post this afternoon. Yes there will be lots of pretty girls there. Coyote Dancers also. The manufactors normally bring models with them.

Just in case I miss it here is one of the contact numbers 085-0457-7871 or 081-320-7908

By the way you only have to pay for the party, if you just want to chck out bikes thats free.

They usually have show bikes there, real choppers.
