Does anyone know where I can buy aluminium crutches in Nong Khai?

Sorry Skwint, only just noticed your post, I know that the Wattana Hospital can get them, but by special order, so be prepared for a short wait for them.

Thanks Sean, I ended up calling a friend who got them for me from a shop I know in Surat Thani and sent them up by EMS.
It seems daft that I had to buy them from a shop 1,300km away!
