Provincial waterworks Authority wrote:PWA announces the 88th drinkable tap water area at Nong Khai

Thai Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) announces drinkable tap water have been provided at Bueng Karn district of Nong Khai province.

PWA President Sura-art Thongniramol presided over the opening ceremony of the 88th drinkable tap water area at Buengkarn District in Nong Khai. He says the PWA and the Department of Health have jointly held the project following policy of the Interior Ministry.

The drinkable tap water will help provide healthy to people and help reduce cost of medical treatment to people drinking unclean water. In addition, it would help people to be economical in spending their money to purchase water contained in bottle. Mr. Sura-art says the drinkable tap water is only one satang per liter while the water contained in bottle is ten baht per liter .
