Does anyone know of any estate agents with property and land for sale in the Nong Khai area, I have scoured google inside out and have yet to find anything.

There is T&P Property on the left of Panungchonlapathan Road towards the bridge, that seems to be it around Nong Khai town currently, unless I missed something.

Some of the Udon based real estate agents have listings for Nong Khai.

Hi all, I am a newbie to this site and currently still in California as I write this, married a Thai lady year ago, but as the economy will have had to return stateside, planning on looking to buy propery around Sangkhom area, does anyone have an idea what fair market value for undeveloped property with electricity near Sangkhom area or Si Chaing Mai area ? Appreciate any info....we are know riverside property is at a premuium, but looking for regular property values. thanks, Gringo Ken

I think your best bet would be to wait until your next visit here to see what is already available in the area. Local knowledge is invaluable in a situation like yours.

I've had a quick look through the local real estate websites, but there is nothing available in the area you mention, but it may well be worth asking your wife to check with some local banks who I am sure will have some land/property available in the local vicinity.
