Don't know when you checked the rates, but having just checked them they are absolutely identical to the opening Bangkok Bank websites rates for today.

As I understand it the rates update automatically from a Bangkok Bank feed when the page is loaded or refreshed.

Thai banks have been closed for the last five days (since 30th December) and have been showing the closing rate for the 30th December until the opening rate for 5th January was issued this morning.

The Bangkok Bank feed is working, the website has moved on to "Update 2" and the Udonmap front page carries the updated rates.

The rates are updated live from Bangkok Bank during working hours but are not updated outside working hours or during national holidays when the banks are closed.
