The other night I was at day & night having a drink with a couple of Thai friends, a drunk fat short balding farang walks up and pounds the table, starts waving his arms, and pointing at the Thai guys motioning he wants to fight.
We ignore him, and he was lucky he did not touch any of the (4) Thai guys, because you know what will happen.

The next night the same fool is wearing a pair of red plastic devil horns and doing the same thing again, he almost gets clobbered at the bar in the front of the complex by a HUGE farang, he was lucky again, as a friend of the HUGE farang calmed down the big guy.

Tonight the drunk fat short balding farang was not so lucky, as he must of gotten in the way of another BIG farang with BIG muscles and looked quite fit (strong enough to rip off his tee-shirt like the amazing hulk, which he did)............ ..........the drunk fat short balding farang was on the ground almost unconsious as looked like he tried to stop someones fist with his head

I am only reporting what I saw, as I did not see the fracas as it unfolded, I only saw the drunk fat short balding farang worse for wear, and he looked like he got the better end of someones fist and was sitting on the ground.

Do people like this Danny Devito look alike type ever learn?

Sounds like a case of 'Angry Little Man' syndrome. Always amusing when people get drunk and want to take on the World. He'll probably wake up tomorrow and look in the mirror thinking, 'where's that black eye come from?'

One down,probably about 5 more knobheads to go in Udon.Should have thrown him into Naughty Bar(new name now,something like Blue Oyster Bar) in D&N as the katoeys there would have given him a few high heeled shoe puncture marks.

forgot to mention, one Thai lady said that the guy was a serial groper too, maybe he grabbed someones girlfriends crotch then the hammer came down

As I mentioned in an earlier post, 2 Thai guys had a punch-up last week in a local Thai place. I pulled down the shutter on my phone and was going to film it but it is very dark and I decided against it, if they noticed me the 2 of them might jump on me. Having said that they were so pi55ed not sure they would have made it to my table.

I must admit I felt embarrassed to be a farang last night.

I happened to pay an impromptu visit to Udon last night and was walking past the Day & Night bar soi at about 00.20am just after closing time, when they were all spilling out onto the pavement. There was a fairly large farang, with no shirt on, stood at the top of the steps with a small group in attendance - (looked like another farang and about 3 girls) very loudly shouting out the odds as to what he would and wouldn't pay and creating quite a fuss.

Many people were watching, including many Thais along the other side of the road, and what looked to be a policeman standing close by. I felt like apologising to the Thai people and saying we aren't all like that!!

As I proceeded further down the street I passed a police car heading in their direction.

Also, as an aside, wherever, I eat or drink lately, I seem to see and hear other farangs shouting and swearing, - at least 2 F words per sentence, and quite a few very clearly drunk. Sometimes their conversation is such (so loud) that I can't hear the person next to me! Don't they realise that they are guests in another country, and that we are all effectively Ambassadors of our countries!! And how long does it take these "mature adults" to learn how much drink they can or cannot hold. I learnt when I was about 19!!

Maybe I am choosing the wrong venues!

i have a near zero tolerence of A holes 5 foot 6 foot same same bigger they are harder they fall
over the years i have taken major abuse from these sorts
and only lost it with a guy the one time / in my younger days i would go of like a bomb and go the full mile
but these days i have a rule anything goes but if a hand is laid on myself our my friends i will start and there will be no tapping out
i surgest you name and shame them with photos tell the bar owner you and your friends will not go there untill they are barred our failing that put a coconut in a t shirt and hit the bar steward round the swede
