I'm on FF 3.0.6 & XP and no problem with FF crashing at all - but didn't have a problem with previous versions of FF either....

I am also running FF 3.1 beta, and do get the odd crash - as you might expect from a beta.

Otherwise it is great - noticeably faster, and has "Private Browsing" mode (in case I need to assist my prostate).

That's just nonsense. RC1 still has all the display errors that the beta had, zero change. The compatibility mode does not work correctly in web formulars, so often it is not possible to fill them out at all. And finally the browser still crashes on specific sites that I regularly visit because of the slow loading from within Thailand. No such crash with FF or Chrome.

Well Techland, I was involved in some beta testing for IE8 and didn't have ANY of the problems you have just described - and thats with the beta version. Suggest you rebuild your system as it clearly has issues.

Well Rufus, I will not waste my time in providing a list of websites where IE8 still fails, because my time is too precious, I am not a beta tester, and I can use other browsers that do not have these problems. Suggesting to rebuild my computer is understandable, but as I have three different systems with XP and Vista, and the errors are all the same on all systems, it's just not me.
