Or there's BB Resort at 1500 baht per month with pool privileges.

Or a walk/bike ride around Nong Prajak, 3 km. Free.

I think Roy is correct, i stopped there this morning and the girl told me
250 visit, which did seem a bit steep but i guess it goes down if you buy
more time. also the schedule from what she said

they look to have a pretty good array of "cybex" machines some dumbbells
and olympic style barbells with a couple benches. some of those stairstepper
aerobic cycles also. all fit into a rather small room i thought? i guess this fee
is also for the sauna.

i haven't seen any other options yet so don't know what else is out there?

I dragged my useless carcass over there this morning to get some exercise. It certainly isn't fitted-out for the professional body-builder, and with my runtish frame, nobody will accuse me of being in this category. Adequate, I suppose.

They have a squat rack on a frame with the safety latches, one conventional bench. 6-7 cybex machines. For the 250 baht you do get free use of a towel.
Ban Chiang hotel is very pretty. Interesting to see the East side of town.
