floor-tile layer

After buying a new house here, I had to deal with several trades people. I have already posted about the excellent house painter I was lucky to have used.
I have now used a just as good a floor tile layer. He wanted 100 baht /sq. meter, but agreed on 90 baht/ sq. meter for my 100 sq. meter outdoor area.
I am either very lucky or some of the stories about incompetent Thai trades people are exaggerated. By the way, I have carried out three large and total remodelling effort in the U.S.
Anyway, his name is Somchai and his tel # is 087 234 7533.
He is unlikely to remember my name, just refer to the house in Hansa where he worked last week.
For the balance, the plumber was an idiot. In the States, the pressure side has to be of soldered-jointed copper pipe; I find that here they just use glue to join PVC, but still are able to screw up
