Well I think it's time for me to sit up a reminder for the injection. As a norm it is rare for me not to get flu. Usually I can ride it out in a week or so. But, those time frames have cahnged dramatcially, I came down with this on Thanksgiving day and I'm still not completly over it. I had one good day this week followed by a day of bed rest and still no energy.

So it would appear my ability to fight it is reduced.

Palo has offered a group physical checkups based on price and tests performed really hard to tell which is best. For example one group includes a bone density test, do I really need that?

No don't think I need it or the test.

I guess check the AMA and see what I really need instead of what they want to sell
