For Dennis Walker (Mag. page 36) REFLECTING ON THOSE 3 WORDS

PostAuthor: Glyn » August 1, 2008, 5:27 pm

First Dennis can you tell me if not everyone else, what 'Those Three Words' are?

And then (at your request)...

What I love about Thailand - it's cheap to live, it's hot, and the variety of falang you meet here is enough to keep you laughing the remainder of your life (sorry I went over the 10 word limit - but the part that matters to Thais was only 6 words so i shouldn't have to stay after school).

Now the purpose of the article was for us to reflect on how we comment on Thais', their habbits/methods/culture and how we should avoid being disrespectful. Yet in the next article you close by stating "Yeah, I'm talking sheer fantasy. It isn't going to happen". Reading between the lines this implies The Thai authorities lack good judgement, organisation skills or the ability to implement/see through a good idea. I'm sure they'll see your article in the respectful-light it was intended! #-o #-o

I believe they're sala O. But you have to use it with a consonant don't you?

That's why I'm confused.

Does anybody else know? :?

So we got warm and inexpensive x2

Any other reasons why we love to live in Thailand?

Remember this thread relates to the mag. artice so you really should bereading b4 commenting, then you'll know what you should be saying (10 word limit mind!!)

I also don't think we should say because of family ties, cos that is not what brought us here and kept us coming initially, unless it was an internet set-up then perhaps you should say you met the misses b4 you met Thailand

Glyn

As far as I know, Dennis Walker does not post on Udonmap (forum), so asking him on here won't get you the answers you seek.

If you really want to ask him then contact him via Lee of Udonmap and he will put you in touch with him (or pass on a message).

Hope this helps.

Regards

Oldfield

ps. Dennis, if you have joined the forum, then please put us out of our misery.
