I am presently negotiating the purchase of 1 Rai of land (former rice field that has been back filled) in the Phen district for the beloved and myself to build a single storey shop with living accomodation at the back of the premises.

Yorky make a plan First with floor size and what you want. also outside Walls and Drive and paths. then its possible to help. i have 20 local men who can build what you want from the foundations to the roof. i am building at the moment and can show you the work We have Done.
