Why?

To copyright udonmap images. The program default is set up to place on all images. I've not had time to disable it from users albums yet.

Does that mean that members' images uploaded to the website become the property of Udonmap?

Statistically the chances of a member being banned is minute.
I cannot think of any person who has been banned (other than 1 post spammers) who have not been given repeated warnings about their conduct & refused to reform it.
Some people know the rules & laws and just like to "push it", presumably for no other reason than wishing to appear a "rebel" to other members of the forum.
Personally I think having moderators would be totally unnecessary if posters would be willing to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner - something that some have found impossible to do over the years...

If, however, your post is not rhetorical, a simple e-mail to udonmap would get any photos removed....
