Great food and fun last Saturday night. Sam put out a nice spread of food, and he had a couple of cute service girls taking care of us. Well done. =D>

I asked this question once before on another thread and another topic.
Why are all these bar bashes on a Saturday night?
Saturday night is the busiest night of the week, which translates to me as parking problems, traffic problems and more drunks on the road. IMO.
I'm not talking about private affairs at private homes.
I'm not singling out the Down Under.
Whenever I attend one of these affairs, 95% of the attendees are either retired or on holiday, and the few attendees that are working, would attend whether it be Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday night.
So, it probably would not make a difference to anyone, what night a party is held. IMO.
Saturday night bars & restaurants are going to get plenty of customers anyway.
So why not try to get the bar jumping on a Tuesday night? It makes better business sense.
I sure would like to see some of the bar and restaurant owners reply.
