That is awful early for anything at all to be happening in Thailand with a few rare exceptions

Actually this is probably the best time to go if you want a quiet drink and a chat, plus you'll have most of the women in the building to chat to before the place gets busy later on.

I think the live music kicks off at 9pm.

I have a friend (HERE WE GO AGAIN), anyway he and I used to go out about three times a week, he would enjoy his beer I would enjoy my water. But he is guy who wants to be home by 8:30. He and I were just talking about going out and having a few drinks since he is prettty much stayong at home all the time these days wouldn't hurt me to get out a bit more, good for the attitude. Might be time to give it a try

top tip.... 10 minutes before 9.30 just order another 5 bottles so then you get 10 bottles, pay a few baht for a bucket of nahm khang and you can go home 1 hour later than planned. everyones a winner.. !!

Well tried the happy hour had my water,definetly a quiet place for a drink at that hour. Lots of pretty girls, they were kind enough not to bother us at all. Matter of fact I had to go get someone so my friend could get buy his second beer. They acknowledged us when we came in and when we left two hours later.

You sure they want people to go there at that time of day?
