Sean, I have booked with Carsten for my last 3 trips back to the UK,He always gave me the best price,Last year he quoted at LEAST 2,000 Baht cheaper tha any agent I had tried in Udon....I Think I paid 30,650 to Manchester on Etihad.( Return 6 month ticket )....Give him a go,Nothing ventured,NOTHING Gained,Best of luck...

Good information Alan, both for me and anyone else that may require some flights booked.

I have never found a travel agent here that was worth their weight, perhaps this one may make me think differently. If I will ever be in need, I'll be sure to check this place out.

I presume that they can book things other than flights?

Yeah, it would be very nice to know if they can organise tours around the area and things like that.

Yeah,Statto He told me he can book most if not all things travel,He booked me onward connections in the UK from London,He offered Train,Bus & Air.....I Chose Air,as I did'nt want to trapse across London after my near 15 hour flights.....& Besides Air ( Domestic ) WAS the cheapest option taking all the other things into account...It actually cost me 31.00 gbp LHR to Manchester & took 50 Mins....Compared to Heathrow to Victoria Station 13.00,then either 20.00 (Bus ) OR 85.00 (Rail )Taking up to 6 hours & 4 hours respectively.......NO Contest in my book...
