Heart Attacks And Drinking Warm Water

PostAuthor: jingjai » April 11, 2008, 1:53 pm

The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habits while eating.

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you:

It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the stomach acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats, and may lead to cancer.

It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Common Symptoms Of Heart Attack...

You should know that not every heart attack is going to involve left arm pain.

Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep.

You may never have chest pain during the course of a heart attack.

Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.

60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. (not a bad way to go, IMO)

Let's be careful, and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we have of surviving.

Thank you Jingjai

I had read that somewhere before but had forgotten. Very very good advice.

As much as we all think drinking juice/beer/tea takes the place of water.....Think again.

Doctors say about 6-8 glasses a day in addition to everything else we drink.

Have a healthy life everyone.

"Fats will solidify if drinking cold drinks"????????????????????

What a load of B%LL#cks!!!!!!!!!!.

Food digested, enters the stomach, and is broken down by acid, in any case, the core temperature of the body, is such, that, any cold fluids would be unable to solidify anything in the stomach.

So lads, IMHO (for what its worth), its safe to have an ICE COLD BEER with your meal :guiness:

I post these health articles as a service to my fellow forum members,
especially if they are congruent with my personal health beliefs.
One of my personal dietary beliefs is proper food combining.
The information I posted is congruent with my dietary habits & beliefs.
I'd also like add, I only follow this about 75% of the time. I'm only human.

If one googles: "food combining benefits", you will come up with around 300,000 hits.

I don't have the time to "Snope out" everything that comes into my inbox.
I'll leave that to other people.

One of the issues I have with sites like Snopes, urban legends, hoax.com, especially with these medical & health related subjects, is these sites just tell you they are not true, without much proper medical backup, IMO. What are there sources? When I clicked on Skipvice's link, I didn't see anyone listed there from say: Johns Hopkins, Oxford, Harvard, UCLA Med Center, Stanford, Mayo Clinic, etc., giving their research & clinical conclusions? Who are their "experts"?

Ralph? Having a bad day are we?
Have a ice cold one.

It won't kill you, I never posted it would. :D

No-one doubts your good intentions Jing.

However, you did post this one, which contains potentially dangerous advice:

http://www.udonmap.com/udonthaniforum/v ... php?t=7891

If medical advice come via your inbox, there is a bl**dy good chance it is bogus, and therefore worthwhile checking out before you on post it to UdonMap.
