HUGE PROPERTY THERE BY THE STREET GOING TOWARD THE NIGHT MARKET, JUST WONDER IF ANY BIG SHOPPING MALL ARE COMMING?

There were plans to build a Central Shopping plaza on the large piece of common ground opposite the train station, but I haven't heard any more talk of this happening.

I've also noticed that they have been clearing this piece of land lately and sectioning areas off. They are either creating more parking spaces or there are plans for development of some sort.

The rumour mill says Hotel and Shopping mall.
