Can anybody advise me on what hospitals in the area have the facilities to do thorough annual checkup's.

I am at about the age now where I should be taking more care of my body and would like to find somewhere that can carry out a comprehensive series of tests and examinations.

I recently had one that cost about 1390 baht. It covered the key points, blood, urine and chest X ray. Though not as slick and professional, and without a comprehensive & professionally written report, as I have had at other International hospitals in Thailand, it covered the key points at a modest/reasonable cost.

Elsewhere comparable checkups with professional reports in a ring binder have cost about 5000 -6000 baht.

That does sound like a good price for what it includes Jaidee, I was hoping for something a little more comprehensive but for the price I think it will be good enough for me.

NKGuru, There are a range of packages/schemes available, so you can get more checked out for higher cost, including exercise heart stress tests. I opted for a modestly priced package, being a "modest charlie". Besides we get regular check ups on the Starship.
