Houses built by Alanthebuilder

PostAuthor: Alanthebuilder » November 27, 2008, 8:46 pm

Firstly, I apologise for the quality of the photos. I have posted a house we constructed on the higher budget scale so I thought I would post this up, to show that it is possible to have a Low Budget and a nice house together.

This House was constructed for 1,100,000 Baht.

Not a problem Ter.

Dont want to accused of spamming on the board, the pictures posted above, were just to co-inside with the post, and " why so big " and what can be achieved on a small budget.

Alan, what water system does the house have, well or city? Is there a proper electrical grounding, you know how the Thai's are about electrical grounding....there ain't none. Most of the ads say kitchens are European or western, don't have ovens. No oven means not a western or European kitchen.......I need my oven for baking.

Sounds good to me Mark.

As for the Water supply, that is the City Supply.

Electricity: We Use 2x2 meter long ground copper lenghts, deep into the ground, dont want any electric shocks now

Thanks Guys

Alan.
