How do you reduce the size or KB in a moving avatar's without losing it's content for example

this one is 90x117 25.7 KB down to 90x100 25.7 :cry:

There are programs ... I know of one that is part of Corel PHOTOPAINT that reduces files sizes by eliminating pixels in each frame. The reduction of those pixels are difficult to recognize with the naked eye.

Reduced to 90x100 and the number of colors from 256 to 4 colors. 4.8k.
