You do not need copies of your passport pages for 90 day check in on long stay visas non immigrant or O or OA. I just checked in today and filled out a short form and they filled out bottom and stapeled it to my passport. The refused to take the photocopies that I brought or even look at them.

The photo copy regulation applies to 90 day reports sent in by mail.

you only need the minimum, not all of your pages if mailing in.
