Rumour has it this morning that KaKa has already sighned for Man City, also They have made a bid for John Terry offer made 30 million.

Yesterday, on Sky Sports News Mr. Hughes discounted that rumour & said it was not true.
This would seem to be a reasonable proposition as Kaka's father will take part in any negotiations (& take a cut of the fee) & he is currently in Brazil & not expected back in Europe for a couple of days.
The Terry rumour is a new one on me I must admit. I could certainly see his attraction to City. However I do not think Chelsea would entertain it - well not if they have any ambitions to win anything this season. I think the man himself would probably not wish to move - well not if he wants to retain any dignity as a person after all the things he has said about the way he feels about Chelsea. I think this one is probably a rather malicious rumour started just to show that Chelski are no longer the money king of the Premiership....
