Does anybody have any details of other legal advisors in and around Nong Khai?

A friend of mine is in desperate need of some reliable advice and help, he's looking for as many possible sources of information as he can find due to the fact he has received conflicting results in the past.

The places that I know of, are:
Dr Chuck and NJ Translations.

I also know of Isaan Lawyers, but they are based too far away to meet with regularly.

Are there any more around here that anyone can recommend?

I have had to use Dr chuck on 2 occasions in the past, he seemed ok, as for other recommendations in the area, I do recall a lady called RayRai Polkapai (or similar) being located in Nong Khai sometime ago.

I am not 100% sure if she is still about though.

There was some information posted about her before Stato, it seems like she has left town now, I know a number of people have tried to get in touch with her, but there is no answer on her tel numbers:
