Which untrustworthy roadside vendors?
What roads in Udon Thani do they operate from?

I can highly recommend Lekcarrentals...
I recently rented they're Triton Plus pick-up for a drive to Bangkok.
Doug and Lek are really nice people, easy to get along with, and very laid back.
No mileage restrictions, FULL insurance cover, and I was even given a lift home after returning the vehicle.
I will definately use again. =D>
