Our launch party is open to all and is guaranteed to be a night to remember with many unforgettable moments.

Our evening includes the exciting and often hilarious sport of live crab racing, free food, prize balloons (you could win from a range of prizes, including drinking free for the night), and a full bar (with promotions) till the early hours.

Do we get to cook and eat the losing crabs??

Maybe you have to use their 'crabs'... and you can not enter one you have been training for several months.

The purpose of the conditions is to ensure ever bodies enjoyment, and are as follows:

The Prize Draw -

1) When paying for your bill you will choose a balloon, which will contain a prize ticket. Every paying customer will win a prize.

Crab Racing - You have a 1 in 5 chance of winning a free drink!!

1) Customers get one free crab per drink purchased. So, if you buy one drink you get one crab, and if you buy 10 drinks you get 10 crabs.

2) If your crab wins you get a free drink to the value of the one you purchased to get the free crab. So, if you buy a bottle of small Chang that is what your prize will be (no cash alternative is available).

3) There are five crabs per race and there must be five crabs for a race to occur (the management can fill empty spaces at their discretion).

4) You can enter more than one crab per race.

5) Each crab can only race once.

6) Crab ownership is non-transferable.

7) The Grasshopper management reserves the right to disqualify anybody who attempts to cheat or manipulate the event to gain an unfair advantage, against the bar or other participants.

8 ) The Grasshopper management can close the crab racing in the event of unsavoury behaviour, or if and if anybody attempts to take the p@ss in any way.

9) Basically the aim is for customers to have fun and get a few free drinks if their crab/s wins.

Please bring a video camera and remember this is all for a laugh, so dont be too serious
