Actually keeping prostrate cancer at bay is well worth doing. Are you over 50? Do you get up twice or more in the night to pass water? Is the flow, good?

I think men over 50 should consider a PSA (prostrate specific antigen) regularly if possible. The way the test result changes can give early warning of this 'mens' cancer, or you just have a high score which will get the doctor/nurse, to do the second test. The second test involves putting his/her hand up, well, how can i put it, the backside, to see if prostrate enlarged. It can be eye watering painful i can confirm. If it is enlarged it could mean cancer, and you'd have furthur tests, but hopefully it would not be, as the prostrate can get bigger as you get older anyway.

So basically, if over 50, seems 'an apple a day' plus now, ' a w*nk twice a week'!
