Medical certificate for A/O Visa

Does it have to be an MD for the medical form or can it be a DO ( Osteopath )
I see on the form it only shows MD in the signature block.

It will depend on what your local embassy or consulate will accept. They tend to vary a bit depending on who you ask - same as Thai Immigration :D

The need for a medical certificate when renewing/extending an O/A visa within LOS was dropped about a year back. I'm not sure if you are applying outside of Thailand though.

Yeah I figured that, that's why I thought I would ask. I'm using the consulate in Los Angeles.
