What the best to have in Laos

Im no expert but I just use US and Baht and it seems to work OK. I try to avoid Kip because I usually am only staying for a day or two and after a bunch of beers I cant keep it all straight anyway.

Depends where you are in Laos, If you are intending staying in Vientiane, then it does not really matter, as there is many money exchange facilities there, however if your going further afield, my advice would be only to take Kip or Baht, due to the lack of exchange failities in the more rural areas.

i agree with you but use bath is ok

if hotel no have bath, shower ok!

Me and the Dragon used Thai Baht in Vientiane last year.

Thai Baht and Us Dollars are excepted everywhere in the three main tourist towns of Vientiane, Luang Prabang, and Vien Viang. Leave the Kip for the small items. You'll see price lists showing the price in three currencies.
