Well this is my first post and my first visit to Udon is comming up soon, but I have been many times to thialand and thanks for this site for the info etc.

Another option if you know and can trust Falang people who have business and make decent Baht. I have friends in Bkk that I pay money into there UK account and when I come to thailand I meet them and they give me Baht direct (based on the ex.com rate on the day I pay the money into there account)

Works both ways as they save thai money back into an UK account and I have no fees, exchange rates etc, yes it does involve trust and not some thing to rush into, just may be an idea for those guys that are in the same position as myself.
