Hi, can anyone give me any info on the Nattagorn housing complex near the race course which is about 3km east from Big C just off the Sakon Nakon road! I have been told of a house for sale on the complex and I just want to know any info on the complex and/or area! thanks.

Try stopping at the 1st 7-11 heading out toward the race cours past the new overpass. The lady that owns the gas station and Amazon Cafe' right by the 7-11 I believe is the owner and developer of the housing complex you're talking about. She speaks OK English and her daughter speaks perfect English having graduated from college in the States..

thanks for the reply, but I want to know what you think of the houses and the area! what kind of price for a 3 bedroom house etc.

i have a friend who lives in that area but not on that complex the area is ok i would say the complex is on the home bend its very dirty with poor design of the house.s a waste of a good spot sorry to say
i wanted to buy there a few years ago when they built it iam sure that is the name of it but i could be wrong please double check
the houses overlooking the course need knocking down if you ask me
the internal staircase to 1 st floor is a very bad design
there could be some gems hidden on the site but like i said very dirty more then normal
