We sincerely regret that the Udon Thani map and magazine will be late this month due to problems at our local print shop.

We received shipment of the maps and magazines yesterday (late) and I was very disappointed to notice that there were several uncorrectable errors.

We are extremely sorry about this and are doing are best to rectify this problem and we hope to have this matter sorted a.s.a.p.

The usual print run of each publication will be distributed to the usual places, i.e. airport arrival hall, major hotels, tourist information etc. as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience while we work hard to resolve this unfortunate matter.

On the positive side we are pleased to announce that our website is enjoying record hits of over 2,800 people daily, which in turn is generating your businesses with the best coverage possible.

What would we do here in Udon without you, and the great services you provide on a daily basis.
We've all had horrible experiences with print shops in the past, now you're having one. We'll all get along just fine if the books and maps are a bit late. Only the new sponsors will be a little anxious, but once the new books are out and they see the results they're getting from being a book/map sponsor, this unpleasant ordeal will soon be forgotten.
