you can have our Thai half check selling prices of land for various areas in Udon at the Provincial Land office.. They know exactly what everything is going for.... This even when the seller tries to fudge the price in an attempt to avoid taxes.. The land office knows the true value.
The Value is Worth What you want to pay. 250.000 Would be OK. wait till The Rain Comes and see if its Flood Land Before you Buy.
if you can buy it at a good prices it will hold its value.
only pay what you can Afford.
land can only Go up in the next 5 years

You should never assume that things can only go up. Indeed if that is the conscencus, then that's usually the time to get out.

Yea Olde Thai Adage fits nicely: We want your money but we don't want you!
