If Udonmap gets money everytime someone clicks a link from the googl ads - does that mean they also get money if I am redirected there even if I did not click on the link ? It was completely involuntary - I did not click anything I was only reading posts.

No, only if you click on the actual advert yourself, it wouldn't be fair on the sponsors otherwise.

Good luck with fixing your computer Paul.

I just got done working 3 days on one of my computers after 2 females infected my computer with adware/spyware/viruses, 14 in all, and in 20 files. I turned off System Restore on all drives. I used my anti-virus and anti-spy/adware softwares and elemenated most of it. I found SpySheriff and had to manually remove it by going to "Add or Remove Programs". Then I had to manually move "ibm0001[1].dll and ibm0001[2].dll" to a new folder, then locate "ibm0001.exe" and move it to the new folder, then rebooted my computer. After rebooting the computer I deleted the folder, if you don't reboot the computer you won't be able to delete the folder because the files are still in use. You will be denied access. When rebooting the computer I got "can not find c:\Progams Files\Common Files\....\ ibm0001.exe". After more research on the internet, I found I had to go to regedit "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon" and find "shell". You highlight "shell" and click on Modify, there you will have to change the value to "Explorer.exe". Reboot the computer and all is well again, clean as whistle. That was 3 days of head banging and searching the internet.

Well, yea that has to be an easier way, but right this is it. If you all having problems still with Pop-ups, run a search for ibm00001.exe. Also search for ibm0001.dll, should get all the dll's that are ibm00001. Check your "Add and Remove Programs", see if you have SpySheriff, it's actually a spyware which allows hackers into your computer along with ibm00001.exe. They give out the ports they can use to access your computers and give out information such as your passwords to your email, messengers, and even gives out key punches from your keyboard. This is how they steal your ID and get information to your accounts (banks and credit cards). They use the Pop-up as away to cover up what it is really being used for. So check those computers if you can't get rid of the pop-ups, it maybe someone trying to steal your ID.
Yea I guess it is a hard way of making a living but after the years end report on what we did....hehehehheehe. Happy New Year and my your the New Year bring you happiness and fortune from Cliff and Urai.

There is a piece of software that automatically restores the pc to a safe state once the machine has been re-booted, it basically cleans out all the cr@p that the previous user has done on there and gets it running just the way you want it to again along with the programs you need.

A number of internet cafes use it in England, and I also know they use it in the Pantawee hotel in Nong Khai.

I have no idea what it's called, but surely it would be worth having a look at, sounds like it would help save you some grief.
