I am visiting Udon Thani for 3 nights soon, and have been studying this forum for some time to plan my eating, drinking, and eyecandy venues. I am now totally confused, and realise that I should have allocated between 3 years and the rest of my life. Don't you guys have anything better to do than go out eating and drinking and enjoying yourselves??
It sounds like a great life!! I may have to investigate longer term accommodation \:D/ \:D/

I range far and wide for my libations and grazing. The bars in Soi Katoy, Jingoes, George and Grahames bar near Jingoes, Aussie Bar, Fiddlers, Mojo, Day and Night (3 bars only), Nutty (a few there), NM sometimes, a Thai bar out near the Airport and a few others in town if I am out with friends. The IC gets a visit maybe every 6 weeks. I did not vote.

Looks like a pretty strong case for a "Somewhere else" vote.

I voted for somewhere else.

I like the Irish Clock, but I also like Harry's. And you cannot leave out the night market.

Then there is the Orange Moon and what used to be Pla bar.

Lets face it. I like drinking everywhere. :-"

As long as it's in Udon. :drunk:

I AM a very sociable type. I will even drink with fans of the Pool. :yikes:

Any Idea when the "Returning Officer" is going to make an anouncement?
Looks like a bit of a landslide victory for the "Somewhere" coalition. would that be the "sensible party"

Cut to Luton Town Hall. There are sensible, silly and slightly silly candidates.
Voice Over Here at Luton it's a three-cornered fight between Alan Jones - Sensible Party, in the middle, Tarquin Fin- tim- lim- bim- whin- bim- lim- bus- stop- F'tang- F'tang- Olè- Biscuitbarrel - Silly Party, and Kevin Phillips-Bong, the Slightly Silly candidate.
Officer Alan Jones...
Voice Over On the left, Sensible Party
Officer 9,112... Kevin Phillips-Bong...
Voice Over On the right, Slightly Silly.
Officer Nought...Tarquin Fin- tim- lin- bin- whin- bim- lin- bus- stop- F'tang- F'tang- Olé- Biscuitbarrel...
Voice Over Silly.
Officer 12,441.
Voice Over And so the Silly Party has taken Luton.
Linkman A gain for the Silly Party at Luton. The first gain of the election, Norman?
Norman Well this is a highly significant result. Luton, normally a very sensible constituency with a high proportion of people who aren't a bit silly, has gone completely ga-ga.
Linkman Do we have the swing at Luton?
Gerald Well, I've worked out the swing, but it's a secret.
