If a fellow countryman you should go and have a chat with the old boy, he could be a lonely soul deep down...you just need to reach out to him..he could be living on his own with no one to talk to and could be missing his homeland..can't be nice sitting kon-diow in a busy setting like the market, or he could of course just like his own company and be happy as a pig in sh** with his thoughts of days gone by....worth a go though saint.
