There's a number of people on this forum that are involved in the Udon housing market spanning building, sales and letting. What's the consensus on the market at the moment, are market stakeholders seeing a downturn in business?

so , no real change there then !!!!!!!! in my opinion , the market has definately slowed , prices are not coming down though , in fact i would say that land prices are still on the increase . thai banks have tightened up on lending , and from what i gather from the experts , whilst the baht is strong , foriegners are still interested in house purchases here , but are playing the waiting game . how true that is , who knows . estate agents have been known to distort the truth a little on occasions .
Doug I think you got the message they are holding out for the big crash. Nola people put in there time and money don't you think they are entitled to make a profit ? It the middle man who scam every one he does nothing and profits off your work & expertise
