Day 19 Saturday, install bracing for roof and tie back truss ends to wall frame, which will also be used to support the soffit cladding

Day 20 Sunday: Install windows to frame fix with screws and nails

Windows 5 used in lounge living kitchen room, the open house room, size 1.5m x 1.5m, 1 x 1.5 x 1.5 in bedroom , 1 x 1.2 x 1.5 in bedroom, 1 x 1.2 x 1 .5m louver aluminium in bathroom/ toilet laundry. total 8 windows 7 with insect mesh, the bathroom louvers lets out more heat steam, than a sliding window, not worried about keeping the bathroom aircondition, louvers give better air flow than sliders, the bathroom window is 1.3 mt from the floor, tinted glass, even if the GF stands there naked, it is not possible to see her from the out side, if neighbours build next door in daylight the louvers being tinted you still can not see inside the bathroom, only at night with the light on will the neighbours be able to see in, when that happens, I put up a external ventlated screen.

Photo above is the 1.5 x 1.5 m windows, the windows used are about 30% bigger than ones used in a typical Thai home, plenty of light, makes the inside brighter and more airy

They are available, but to tell them to build you the same, not quite that easy, there are many componates and technical designs of construction, work methods in correct order to achive the required result. plus you need to supervise them, and check all their work for straight and plumb, studs with the camber put the right way up, the crew are not true carpenters used to using timber.

But they have the experience of 1 home under their belt. if you intend to build using this method then I can give you a list of what to do and look for, best to have a plan to work off first, my plan was in my head, i just drew out on paper what we were going to build, the set out of the wall frames is easy, but if you never done it before there are a lot of mistakes that can be made, such that this crew would not remember what to do, or why it was done that way, such a print out of these post photos will help them, but you need to know why and how it's done that way so it all falls together correctly
