laphanphon, I just love the water buffalo graphic!

After enrolling in Pattaya and then moved up to the Udon Campus and now having served 18 months of my studies, I feel that I should be rewarded with a teeshirt!

To date I have completed the folowing courses:

1. Purchase new mobile telephone and digital camera.
2. Purchase new Honda wave.
3. Purchase Pickup (only scored 50/100 here as purchased 2nd hand)
4. Completed first visa run to Laos. (extra points here as purchased Era cigarettes for papa!)
5. Opened bank account for GF.
6. Purchase cow (X2)
7. Well drilling.
8. Land surveying (looking for land on which to build house for GF)
9. Herbal Inhalation (30/100 here, as needed help to walk back to house)
10. Telecommunications (installed telephone and internet to GF home)

Do you think that I would be entitled to wear a WBU teeshirt yet?
If so, could I use your graphic to put on one?
Maybe you should have a few printed along with some certificates and sell them (only to eligable graduates!!)

see you have purchases 101 down pretty good. nice that they have a campus in every province, every amphur, every tambon.

extra studies are required before house 101, once you buy the land, same day you buy the land, make sure the paperwork is good for the land, there are 7 different kinds, i think. then on the same day you purchase land, get a gift of habitation from gf/wife, not a lease. 2 types of gifts (no rent required=gift), one you can occupy, the other you occupy and can make any improvement or modification you like, this is the one you want. a lease can be cancelled by wife one year after divorce, so that 30 yr lease is only good for 1 yr grace period after divorce. also, you want 3 blank power of attorneys, giving you legal right to sign the little ladies name, in case you want to sell. i had 3, 1 filled out, which the land office wanted more info on, so that one was no good, while filling out the 2nd, made typo errors, hence void, then got the last one right. amazing. all done in presence of officer. strange look, is she here, did she just sign this, no, but i have a video of her signing if you would also like to witness it, chuckle, no problem. so do yourself a favor, and video the little lady signing, so no question of authentisity. you will need a copy of her current thai id. without those couple things, you can not graduate house purchase 101. but will get 100 % for gift giving 101.

good luck with your final thesis

not my graphics, but i don't think he would mind if you print up a shirt for your personal use. as he is thinking about printing and selling shirts himself. i put it on the back or one of my shirts, used wrong type iron on, but ok. soon to have this avator put on my tiger's hat.

As always, additional courses cost additional funds.

yes, hence this statement. well worth every baht. for the courious, we negotiated 200K baht, 100 goes to her father/builder, who didn't charge for building, is a very nice honest man, always there to help, plus he can finish his house, and the kid has a safe, comfortable place to visit now. 100 to the ex, which i took 10 back that she owned me, she owed dad 30, she stole my pen at the signing of papers, so i charged her 10 K baht for that, thank you. gave the rest of her money to her father to distribute to her. which i found out, she only got 15 more, 2 to her brother, and the rest went to her friend who came with her, obviously not to let her out of her sight, as she must of owed her the rest, so she got 25 K, but paid some bills. i get to sell house, well, now transferred to my new love, with all protective paperwork in hand.

i can sell, or live there for next 20 years for free, sounds like a winner. prior to that, she didn't know, but she could of just kicked me out. ignorance is bliss. 8)

if i sell, i get all the money for building, plus all the money she scammed, and lived there for 7 years for free. then that gets deposited, and interest pays my rent for ever. or, build another one. not sure. testing now to see if i like renting. 8)

Yes, she had you by the balls. I'm surprised she didn't know this or get a lawyer and just boot you out. You must be doing something right; very lucky man. :D

she only negotiated because she was broke, owed everyone, parents borrowed money for you and she left them hanging. knew it was just a matter of time before she came around. best part, one week after she left, called me to cry, she was out of money again, not telling me dad gave her all she was entitled to, just said dad didn't giver her anything, trying to scam to the last second.

best part is, now i can say, anything important you need to tell me, GOOD BYE.

i do answer the phone, just to cost her money, then hang up, it beautiful.
