Great post I.A.

I recently lunched with a tutor who is also attending Rajabhat. I was impressed by her grasp of economics and money handling. She can sure make a small salary go a long way. In between her tutoring and her studies she works as a hostess?? in a Udon bar and receives approx150-200 baht per shift plus tips.

She told me that on her last visit to Mama a few weeks ago she took Mama 2 baht of gold (approx 30,000 baht), has 20,000 baht in the bank and also quite a fair amount of gold. All this on 200 baht a day.

As I pondered this revelation I realised how stupid I was as I was paying for the meal. Ah well, 150 baht will not break me.

It'a amazing really, the amount of schooling some people require ...... I understand that several students, having got their BA (hons) have now enlisted for additional night classes at the MEEYANOI school of further education.

Recently bumped into a young lady that works in a shoe shop by day and at one point supplemented her income as a hostess in a bar in Soi Fahlang. She informed me that she no longer needed to work at night as she had met a kindness man that took care of her. Oh I was so happy for her... The age difference is negligible. She is 22 and he is 62... Don't you love nice even numbers? With a tear in her little brown eye she informed me of his departure back to Fahlangistan however needless to say he would send her money every month to keep her out of Soi Fahlang. He is totally smitten and can't wait for the day that he will return... In all the excitement of her new romance she forgot to tell him about her husband.

This tutor is married but her dear husband is back in Fahlangistan so in order to make ends meet she came out of retirement as a hostess I mean tutor (short lived) and is juggling 3 other fahlangs that will cum to study at various times later in the year and also she conducts daily short time courses.

This lady has now got hold of a guy that wants to marry her and get a d.i.v.o.r.c.e from husband number 1. The new guy is willing to pay sin sod and a settlement to her old husband just to have her as his wife. I'm coming over all emotional here. I didn't notice but she must have an Olivia Hussey under both armpits to get these guys hooked. Astounding... =D> =D> =D>

I've got the certificates if anybody wants one for a friend...

Why do you like the teachers at first, but then you don't?

No, I am just poking fun. I don't play that game. But it seems like so far I have always met the same type of tutors. You know what I mean? Sometimes I fall for a pretty face and it costs me a lot emotionally and financially. I still look for the one who is pretty inside and out. Just one. But that's what this WBU forum is for? So we can tell our stories?

If I have to remain single for the rest of my life, I prefer that to making the same mistakes again with WBU tutors.

With time and effort you can avoid the tutors from WBU. There are a lot of good women in this town. Finding the right one is the trick. If you find the secret, bottle it and you make a fortune.
