Superb video,I was splitting my sides at the poor guy being carried off on a stretcher!
And poor Paul Robinson....if he plays till he's 40 he's never gonna be allowed to forget that howler against Croatia is he !

Didnt watch the Chelsea game but was very surprised by the result.

United...well,they didnt take their chances and paid the penalty.....literally!
The last 25 minutes were edge of the seat stuff.Portsmouths defence was heroic, particularily Campbell,Distin & James.

I'm sure that someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I think Harry Redknapp has never won a major trophy ??
Over 24 years he's been an excellent manager at Bournemouth,West Ham,Portsmouth and to a lesser extent at Southampton.
It would be great if he could pick up the FA Cup and Portsmouth must be the favourites now.

Oh yeah.....one last word about United,Saha going off injured in the warm up !!!......kinda summed up the night really !

Zidane, You are correct, Harry has never won a major football trophy, being born and bred in Pompey, I hope this year will be the first.

However, for those United supporters amongst us, you were robbed, (I'm glad to say), not only were Pompey very lucky, not to have conceided a goal, Distain's foul on Ronaldo, was IMHO, a surefire penalty!!!!,

So with a bit of further luck, Pompey wins the FA Cup, thereby qualifies for Europe next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

Had to go and buy a new TV today. The remote went through the old one last night.

Nah, only joking. Pissed off with the Chelsea result, especially after seeing the Utd-Pompey game. Thought this was our best chance of a trophy this year. Can see Chelsea missing out on everything now.

Watched the Middlesbrough game last night. They were absolutely appalling.I dont think I've ever seen such an abject display from a Premiership side against lower league opposition.
Although Middlesbrough arent amongst the best paid in the Premiership, some of their players must be on 15-20k per week.On last nights performance 15-20 baht would be a more realistic wage !
But congrats to Cardiff, they played well and fully deserved their win although a team of us Udon farangs would have given you a better game !

Bristol Rovers 1 West Brom 5.....the only game that didnt produce a surprise in the quarter finals.Didnt see the game but according to the reports the scoreline was a bit harsh on Bristol.

Harry Redknapp and Portsmouth........surely this must be your year !!

747man,The one thing that could undo Portsmouth is their lack of firepower with Defoe ineligible,Kanu past his best & Baros not settled in yet.
But,surely, with it being a semi final Portsmouth should be 100% up for it unlike some of the other Premiership teams who have fallen by the wayside.

After yesterdays results in the Premiership I see its still kneck and kneck between you and Liverpool for the 4th Champions League spot.....could go to the wire.

Irish Alan,to show fairness in my posts I would like to wish your Liverpool lads all the best in Milan tomorrow.....lets have 4 English teams in the quarter finals,eh! :D

Zindane,

Thoroughly agree with your comments about Pompey, They have for sure, one of the best defences , but probably one of the worst goal scoring teams in the premiership!

However, its going to be a huge letdown, if thet don't lift the FA Cup this year!, but after the weekend results, who know's 8) 8) 8)
