Hi all,

Just to let you know I have just recieved a telephone call from Ralph, and he has been admitted to hospital with a deep Vain Thrombosis. He seemed in good spirits and I think he hopes to be out within a few days.

I don't know which hospital he is in at present.

I'm sure you will all join me in wishing him the very best and get well soon.

Barrie.

Stan,

Remember how to get to my house, well go past our house on the ring road to the next traffic light. Take a right at that intersection and go about 300 or 400 meters, the hospital will be on your left.

Hi everyone
i visited ralph this evening and roy was with him also...
He has been diagnosed with DVT in his leg and will be undergoing tests tomorrow... he is adamant that he will be leaving in the next day or so and sure he will be coming camping on saturday... Visiting hours are between 8am-9am and 12am - 1pm and finally 4pm - 8pm.

He is in good spirits and his usual jolly self... i thought all along he is just attention seeking!!!!!

Just got back from visiting the old bugger, told you they would be gone for hours Dave  , and he is indeed in good spirits despite being in some discomfort. My guess he will be in considerable more discomfort in the morning after sleeping in that bed
If anyone is planning a visit go in the main entrance and take the lift to 3rd floor, turn right and he is on the right at the end of the corridor.
PS He says if anyone wants to smuggle him in a little brandy, purely for medicinal purposes, feel free
