Ready for some cool weather?

PostAuthor: polehawk » December 27, 2007, 10:18 pm

Get those ski masks, scarves and gloves out of storage, everyone. The Weather Channel is forecasting Udon night temperatures dropping into the low teens Celsius (or 50s Fahrenheit for us Yanks) starting on New Year's Eve. Daytime temps are expected to climb up into the 25-29 C (high 70s-low 80s F) range. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Away with the ski gear!

I have central heating installed in my house.

As well as keeping the bed warm, she cooks, cleans, washes my clothes and tickles my back (and my front if I am very lucky) :D

Pretty nice weather in Udon this time of year. N.H. where I just came from last October was hit hard with a cold winter, say allot of 12F temps. and 3 major blizzards of 8 in. of snow or more already. Does it sound good?
The wife would like to go and touch the snow once. They don't have any sense of costs do they?
My blood is to thick, don't know how to get by April and May here. Probably have to go to the mall? Maybe have to make allot of ice for the bath water.

Lows are forecasted to be 51 or 52F (10 or 11 C) for next couple of nights. Beautiful weather. Enjoying a cup of coffee out on the patio this morning while watching the neighbors, dressed like we're at the North Pole, bitterly complaining....NOWWW ARAI !!

Just a Michigan boy, at heart. Wondering if they're ice fishing back there yet.

The temperature dropped 15C here at Nong Prajak last night ( New Years Eve ) and rose by the same amount this morning. Its the change in temperature that catches people out and so colds and flu develop so wrap up warm when venturing out of the watering hole etc..

Keep her chest well covered too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like beautiful weather to me. I've never been to Thailand in the cool season, but I'm looking forward to it.
