just found a site that will give you free remote control software (for personal use) that will enable more experienced users help the less experienced users when they have problems with their PC's

I havent tried it out yet (billy no mates) but maybe someone out their who trusts someone else to connect to their computer will give it a go to see what its potential is

It is easy to use and goes through any firewall to connect instantly

I have used software like this before in the UK when i worked on a computer helpdesk before and it is great

its secure and both parties can interact with the session

it gives you a very fast connection once you put in the code and password
